Not finding content in your Issue Library yet?
If you aren’t finding the newest addition to your Issue Library yet, your device may still be reading the older version stored in your cache memory. After you log in, please use the purple “Refresh Issues” button near the top right corner of the page. This may need to be done with EACH new addition to your account, as it is a function of your device’s cache and not our site! **
Pattern Problems?
Ask us anything at any time involving designs available on our Members Site. Simply email your message directly to our support team or use the form below. In some cases, we may have to reach out to the designer we worked with for the answer. Response times will vary, but we WILL get you an answer as fast as we can!
Need Payment Help?
We can delay your yearly membership renewal or an installment charge for up to 30-days, just ask. Or we can convert a yearly membership into a monthly membership if needed. Just let us know how we can help.
